TECHNICAL PROGRAMME LEAD

Reporting directly to the CTO, your primary responsibility will be to drive the delivery of Wiz-Team's applications across all programme phases, working closely with the Programme Manager. You will as the primary liaison between Wiz-Team, clients and all stakholders, and lead system integration efforts with the client's architecture, security, identity, monitoring, and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

Stakeholder Leadership

  • Represent Wiz-Team, supported by additional Team members in all technical and product discussions with the client and the stakeholders
  • Act as a trusted advisor, balancing Wiz-Team's product roadmap with the client's technology standards and requirements.
  • Serve as the collection and escalation point for technical and architectural challenges, risks and issues concerning the application delivery and integration.

Technology Delivery

  • Liaise with the Product Owners to lead technical delivery of Wiz-Team's applications in the Programme, ensuring scalability, performance, and security at global-event scale.
  • Oversee and drive system integration with third-party applications, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
  • Oversee technical architecture reviews, Cyber Security reviews, code quality standards, and DevOps practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, technical and performance audits, and innovation adoption.

Product Oversight

  • Collaborate with Wiz-Team Product Owners and the Programme Manager to align product development with event delivery milestones.
  • Provide technical guidance on product evolution, ensuring feature development supports long-term maintainability and integrations

Integration & Ecosystem Management

  • Lead integration planning with the client's platforms and ecosystem.
  • Ensure interoperability across a multi-vendor, global technology environment.
  • Address data security, compliance, and performance concerns proactively.

Architecture Implementation

  • Partner with client and Wiz-Team architecture teams to implement long-term technology roadmap for the event program.
  • Anticipate scaling requirements and lead efforts to future-proof Wiz-Team solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in senior technology leadership or large programme delivery roles.
  • Proven success in complex enterprise integrations and multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong expertise in software architecture, cloud-native platforms, and DevOps.
  • Experience leading international project teams and delivering mission-critical applications at scale.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, identity management, and monitoring solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels; able to translate complex technical concepts to senior business stakeholders.
  • Experience in sports event technology or large-scale global projects is a strong plus.
  • Flexibility to travel (10-20%) as part of collaboration with global teams
  • Exceptional command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and executive audiences. Additional languages are an asset.
