Als IT Service Expert:in bist du nicht nur technische:r Umsetzer:in, sondern auch Berater:in, Gestalter:in und Impulsgeber:in – mit direktem Einfluss auf die Kundenerfahrung und den Erfolg unserer Integrationslandschaft. Das sind deine Aufgaben:

Die API‑basierte Umsetzung neuer Kundenintegrationen sowie die Konfiguration relevanter Einstellungen (z. B. Zugänge, Credentials, Webhooks) stehen auf deiner Agenda. Zudem unterstützt du Tests, die auf spezifischen Geschäftsanforderungen basieren (Contract‑, Integrations‑ und E2E‑Tests), und begleitest die fachliche Abstimmung bis zur Abnahme.Du arbeitest eng mit Partnern, Kunden und internen Ansprechpartnern wie Vertrieb, Kundenmanagement und Betrieb zusammen, berätst zu Integrationsszenarien und Best Practices und förderst eine schlanke, standardnahe Anbindung. Relevante Markt‑ und Kundenanforderungen bringst du in die Weiterentwicklung unserer API ein.Du entwickelst und implementierst Standards, Templates und Prozesse zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der API‑gestützten Integrationslandschaft. Die Analyse von Daten und Metriken unterstützt dich dabei, Onboarding und Schnittstellendesign nachhaltig zu optimieren.Eine verlässliche Wissensbasis und die technische/fachliche Dokumentation (API‑Spezifikation, Onboarding‑Guides, Mandantenspezifika) werden von dir gepflegt, um ein effizientes, sicheres und nachvollziehbares Integrations‑ und IT‑Service‑Management zu gewährleisten.

Das bringst du mit:

Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eines verwandten Fachgebiets – alternativ eine einschlägige Ausbildung und/oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung.Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Integration von IT‑Systemen und ‑Lösungen sowie in der Konfiguration und Anpassung von Software gemäß Geschäftsanforderungen, mit Schwerpunkt auf API‑basierten Schnittstellen (REST, HTTP‑Methoden/Statuscodes).Freude an der Arbeit an der Schnittstelle zum Kunden: technische Beratung, Abstimmung von Anforderungen und Begleitung des Onboardings bis zur Abnahme.Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, analytisches Denken und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit.Deutsch und Englisch auf professionellem Niveau sind für deine Arbeit must-have, denn Englisch ist unsere zweite Unternehmenssprache und du arbeitest in einem internationalen Umfeld.
