In order to strengthen our Digital Business Solutions team in the Dunapack Packaging Division we are looking for a  

Product Owner Data & Analytics (m/f/d)

YOU WILL.

Main tasks

  • Contribute to our continuous improvement culture striving for excellence in each area.
  • Shape and communicate the vision for Data & Analytics, ensuring our products support strategic business goals.
  • Lead a talented team of data professionals, focusing on their growth, collaboration, and engagement.
  • Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and the analytics team, translating business needs into actionable priorities.
  • Promote data literacy and analytic awareness through effective communication, training, and storytelling.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, ensuring that our analytics solutions deliver measurable business impact.
  • Oversee data governance initiatives, supporting data quality, ownership, and compliance.
  • Represent Data & Analytics in cross-functional forums and champion best practices in data management.

Requirements

  • A strong leader with a proven track record in product ownership, business analysis, or stakeholder management.
  • Exceptional communication and people management skills.
  • Experience in driving change, managing priorities, and delivering business value through analytics.
  • A collaborative mindset, able to build bridges between business and technical teams.
  • Familiarity with data governance and analytics concepts is an advantage, but this is not a technical role.
