About the Role

We're seeking a visionary and technically adept Agentic AI Product Owner to shape and drive the development of our next-generation autonomous AI products. The ideal candidate will bridge business objectives and technical execution, demonstrating a deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and the complexities of agentic systems, such as autonomous decision-making and adaptability. You will own the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure our AI agents deliver exceptional value to users while adhering to the highest standards of safety, ethics, and transparency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for agentic AI products, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging industry trends. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback studies to identify opportunities, anticipate market needs, and position our products as leaders in autonomous AI innovation.
  • Requirements & Prioritization: Translate business objectives and user needs into detailed, actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria tailored to agentic AI capabilities, such as real-time adaptability and decision-making. Prioritize the product backlog to balance business value, technical feasibility, and ethical considerations, guiding the development team effectively.
  • Technical Collaboration: Collaborate closely with AI researchers, machine learning engineers, data scientists, and system architects to assess technical feasibility, constraints, and trade-offs for agentic AI systems. Articulate the product vision clearly, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and facilitating iterative development to address the dynamic nature of autonomous AI.
  • Ethical & Responsible AI: Champion the ethical and responsible development of our AI agents, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Proactively identify and mitigate biases, ensure transparency in decision-making processes, and establish robust governance frameworks to maintain safe, trustworthy, and accountable AI operations.
  • Performance & Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics tailored to agentic AI, such as autonomy, decision accuracy, and user satisfaction. Monitor and analyze product performance using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decisions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Clearly communicate the product's value proposition, progress, and performance to diverse audiences, including senior leadership, customers, and partners.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with at least 2 years focused on AI, machine learning, or autonomous systems. Direct experience with agentic AI or autonomous decision-making systems is highly preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, including model training, deployment, reinforcement learning, and the lifecycle of autonomous AI systems. Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks, tools (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, N8N), or system integration is a significant advantage.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and foster alignment across diverse teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to define and execute a clear product vision in the fast-evolving field of autonomous AI, balancing innovation, user needs, and ethical considerations.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence.
  • English fluency (C1+) with clear, accent-neutral communication.
  • Experience working in agile/scrum environments.
