Data Management Customer Journey Expert

The role combines expertise in data management and customer journey optimization to ensure accurate, high-quality data flows and leverage insights for enhancing customer experience. The position supports business decisions through robust data governance and analytics while designing and improving customer journeys across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Governance & Quality:
Implement and maintain data management standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems. - Data Architecture & Migration:
Support data migration projects and contribute to the development of scalable data architectures. - Customer Journey Mapping:
Design, monitor, and optimize customer journeys to improve engagement and satisfaction across touchpoints. - Analytics & Insights:
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights for product and service improvements. - Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with customer experience initiatives. - Continuous Improvement:
Recommend enhancements to processes, tools, and methodologies to drive efficiency and innovation.
