Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig Als SAP Inhouse Consultant HCM (m/w/d) übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Gestaltung und Optimierung unserer SAP HCM-Systeme (on premise), SuccessFactors und zukünftiger H4S4-Lösungen. Die Position bietet dir die Möglichkeit, standortunabhängig innerhalb Deutschlands zu arbeiten – mit regelmäßigen Austauschformaten im Team.
DEINE AUFGABEN
- Verantwortung für die Gestaltung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP HCM/ SuccessFactors -Prozessen mit Fokus auf Payroll und Zeitwirtschaft
- Betreuung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender HCM-Lösungen (z. B. Abrechnung, Zeitmanagement, Schnittstellen, Fiori Apps)
- Unterstützung im 2nd Level Support gemäß ITIL-Standards
- Je nach Erfahrung: Leitung von (Teil-)Projekten, Koordination interner Stakeholder und externer Partner
- Ausbau deiner Kenntnisse in SAP Fiori und SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) durch aktive Mitarbeit in Projekten
DEIN PROFIL
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als SAP HCM-Berater:in – insbesondere in der Entgeltabrechnung und Zeitwirtschaft
- Know-how in SAP HCM on premise, SAP-Fiori und idealerweise SuccessFactors
- Kenntnisse in der Integration und Fehleranalyse (Schnittstellen, IDOCs, CPI) sind von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Deutsch oder Spanisch sind ein Plus
