About The Role
We are looking for a
Junior Channel Manager, based in Italy
to support the growth of PrestaShop's Expert Agency ecosystem in Italy. You will help activate, enable, and recruit partners to drive indirect revenue, working closely with senior Channel Managers and internal teams. This role is perfect for someone commercially minded, organized, and eager to grow in partner management and channel sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with Italian Expert Agencies.
  • Support agencies in identifying opportunities and progressing deals.
  • Assist in deploying partner training, certifications, and sales enablement content.
  • Maintain accurate partner pipeline and activity data in CRM.
  • Coordinate merchant referrals to the right agencies and follow up on delivery.
  • Support the sourcing and qualification of new Italian agencies.
  • Assist in onboarding, certification, and activation of new agencies.
  • Contribute to growing the number of active and certified Expert Agencies in Italy.

Requirements
What We're Looking For

  • First experience (or strong interest) in sales, partnerships, or account management
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Interest in indirect sales models and partner ecosystems
  • Organized, data-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Fluent Italian & English (French is a plus)

30.000 € € annual + variable (depending on profile and experience)
