What you'll do:

  • Join the team of People Partnering reporting directly Retail People Partnering Manager, being in charge of all the operational activities related to employee life cycle;
  • Draft and manage employment contracts and HR documentation, including:
  • Contract extensions;
  • Contract transformations;
  • Working hours changes;
  • Transfers and other contractual variations;
  • Manage and monitor monthly HR deadlines and contract expirations;
  • Ensure proper document archiving and maintenance of personnel files in line with internal policies;
  • Monitor the return of signed letters;
  • Monitor IBAN uploads for new hires, ensuring data completeness and accuracy;
  • Enter and update employee data in the HR Information System (Workday), including hires and contractual changes;
  • Provide daily operational and administrative support to the People Partnering team;
  • Support ad-hoc HR operational activities as required;

  • High precision and strong attention to detail
  • Solid Excel skills (data tracking, reporting, basic analysis)
  • Fluent in Italian and in English, both written and spoken
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment
