Etjca agenzia per il lavoro filiale di Novara, ricerca per azienda cliente nel settore dei trasporti un/una:

CUSTOMER CARE EMPLOYEE

La risorsa, in collaborazione costante con il team di Account Managers e Customer,

contribuirà al potenziamento delle relazioni con i clienti aziendali, garantendo la loro soddisfazione e proponendo nuove opportunità di business e strategie commerciali.

In particolare, si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

  • Sviluppo relazioni con i clienti
    , costruzione di partnership solide e promozione di nuove opportunità di crescita;
  • Monitoraggio performance e
    analisi delle prestazioni
    e dei servizi;
  • Gestione di segnalazioni
    e reclami;

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Laurea preferibilmente in ambito economico;
  • Gradita
    esperienza pregressa
    nelle attività di
    account management
    , customer success o ruoli affini;
  • Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Office, interesse verso CRM, analisi dati;
  • Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.
