Your Role

If you thrive to work in the Services field and you are obsessed with user' satisfaction, this is the position for you Technogym's goal is "Satisfying 100% of our customers and end-users". Our Service teams are always trying to improve their service quality to have the best fitness experience anywhere.

We are looking for an energetic Regional Service Contracts Sales who has the responsibility to organize all service contract sales procedures within the country and to ensure customer satisfaction through the accuracy of the contracts & proposals.

In this position, you will have a crucial role in identifying opportunities for (up)selling contracts and defining new service products.

The role is based at Technogym Village (Cesena) and involves international travel up to 25-30%. 

Your Impact
  • Oversight Service Contracts Sales activity within the assigned region (sales planning, sales reviews and marketing activities coordination);
  • Support the Service Contracts Sales Specialists in the subsidiaries of the assigned region to increase the service contracts penetration through training and coaching to the field sales force;
  • Support the KA's sales managers in defining offerings and pricing for KA service contracts.
  • Manage the customer retention activities needed on existing KA customers with service contracts.
  • Achieve orders, sales, and discounts related to service contract business in the region.
  • Collaborates on the overall service contracts sales strategy definition. 
About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic, and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You are exceptional at working in a team.

What you should bring:

  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role 
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree
  • Fluent in English; French, German, or Spanish are a plus.
  • Experience in multinational companies with a matrix organization
  • Ability to manage clients' requests
  • Experience in managing service contract terms and conditions
  • Knowledge of after-sales activities, warranty costs, and related management skills
  • Management of client requests and complaints
  • Knowledge of services sales and negotiation techniques
  • Incorrigible team worker
