Fleet Management & Authority Service Specialist

Responsabilità principali:

  • Gestione operativa del parco veicoli aziendale, monitorando costi, manutenzioni, scadenze e performance;
  • Coordinamento dei processi autorizzativi legati ai veicoli in collaborazione con autorità e enti competenti;
  • Gestione dei rapporti con fornitori, enti certificatori e strutture autorizzative;
  • Organizzazione e supervisione delle attività di immatricolazione, revisione, collaudi e pratiche amministrative;
  • Monitoraggio dei KPI di flotta attraverso l'utilizzo avanzato di
    WINITY
    e
    Microsoft Excel
    ;
  • Preparazione, aggiornamento e verifica della documentazione tecnica e amministrativa relativa ai veicoli;
  • Supporto ai team tecnici e alle funzioni aziendali per la risoluzione di eventuali criticità operative.

Requisiti:

  • Diploma o Laurea in discipline tecniche o gestionali;
  • Esperienza pregressa in Fleet Management, Authority Service o ruoli similari nel settore Automotive;
  • Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti di gestione flotta e delle procedure autorizzative;
  • Padronanza di WINITY e Excel ad uso avanzato
    (tabelle pivot, analisi dati, reportistica, dashboard);
  • Buone capacità comunicative, precisione e orientamento al problem solving;
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese.
