Join MSX International in supporting the expansion of a premium electric vehicle brand across Europe.

As a
Dealer Network Development Consultant
, you'll be at the forefront of a pioneering project to establish a dealer presence in new markets—starting from scratch.

In This Role, You Will

  • Identify and engage potential investors and dealers for a high-end EV brand.
  • Present compelling business cases and guide prospects through the onboarding journey.
  • Collaborate with international stakeholders to shape the future dealer network.
  • Support dealers post-signing with integration, training, and operational setup.
  • Manage and streamline documentation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Create insightful reports and analyses for management.

Qualifications
Your profile:

  • Degree in Business, Automotive Management, or a similar field
  • Proven experience in automotive network development, ideally with premium brands
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of dealership operations (sales, aftersales, customer experience)
  • Fluency in English and local language(s)
  • A hunter mindset with a strategic approach
