Responsabilità

  • Analizzare e risolvere problemi tecnici segnalati sul nostro tool interno.
  • Esaminare e interpretare i log dell'applicazione per identificare errori nelle prestazioni.
  • Effettuare controlli sui dati in formato JSON per validare la coerenza tra input e output.
  • Eseguire e analizzare query SQL su Azure Cosmos DB (o altri database) per investigare problematiche legate ai dati.
  • Supportare le attività di validazione dei dati, garantendo accuratezza e affidabilità degli output di sistema.
  • Contribuire al miglioramento continuo suggerendo e documentando potenziali ottimizzazioni tecniche.
  • Laurea triennale o magistrale in Informatica, Ingegneria dell'Informazione o STEM
  • Conoscenza di base di SQL, JSON e delle strutture dati.
  • Comprensione dei sistemi di database (preferibilmente basati su cloud, ad esempio Azure Cosmos DB).
  • La familiarità con strumenti di analisi dei log o scripting per l'ispezione dei dati (Python, PowerShell, ecc.) è considerata un plus.
  • Spiccate capacità di problem solving e analisi.
  • Attitudine al lavoro di gruppo all'interno di team cross-funzionali.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata.
