MISSIONS

• Planning and coordination of the required rolling stock maintenance in accordance with the relevant specifications (e.g. service specifications)
• On call after 16.00h, at weekends and on Sundays and public holidays on a rotating basis
• Responsibility for monitoring the vehicles with respect to the maintenance work required
• Responsibility for managing the vehicle history in the CMMS System
• Agreement of maintenance work with customers taking the customers' requirements into account (direct contact with the relevant operations manager) – attendance in customer meetings with the sales department
• Planning and coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with the requirements of ECM2
• Checking and filing of the required documentation (test reports, repair reports, etc.) in the CMMS System
• Analysis and handling of fault notifications (hotline notification, customer notifications, engineer's report, etc.)
  Authorised to:
  - take vehicles out of operation
  - authorised to return them to operation after successful completion of maintenance or repair work
• Consultation with Material Management on provision of the required spare parts / components, where needed
• Commissioning and monitoring of work ordered to external service providers (ECM4)
• Checking of invoices for external services in accordance with the P2P process description
• Preparation of quotations for additional services in accordance with the process description in coordination with the interface departments (MBM, ECM2 and ECM4)
• Establishing and monitoring of operational KPIs (availability, breakdowns, etc.)
• Support of ECM2 in relation to reliability analysis and feedback on experience from regular operations
• Support of the Quality Manager in relation to site risk analysis, prevention plans and HSE monitoring
• Objectives Organisational and planning work in the sector in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 779/2019, Annex III, Section III "Fleet Maintenance Management" and the corresponding procedure instructions
• Support of ECM2 in relation to reliability analysis and feedback on experience from regular operations
• Support
  of the Quality Manager in relation to site risk analysis, prevention plans and
  HSE monitoring

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

• Training Completed technical education, e.g. electrical / mechatronics engineer, metal worker, engine driver or comparable education or
• Engineering degree (Bachelor/Masters) or
• State certified engineer or industrial foreman
• Specialist knowledge  Experience in maintenance and maintenance planning/maintenance
• Knowledge of the ECM-regulation (COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) 2019/779)
• Experience in fleet management, and in the procedures and regulations specific to the sector (safety / quality management)
• Additional knowledge
  and skills:
  - Knowledge of RAMS EN 50126 and the standard DIN 27200 concerning the State of Railway Vehicles would be beneficial
  - Existing system knowledge of rolling stock and associated assemblies and components is desirable
