The Role

You will be responsible for managing and developing collaborations with influencers, partners, and affiliates, overseeing all stages of the process, from scouting and selection to onboarding, content supervision, and performance tracking.

You will work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure consistency, organization, and measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, select, and manage influencers and partners in line with the brand strategy.
  • Coordinate briefing, onboarding, and content approval processes.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements across all published materials.
  • Maintain clear and ongoing communication with influencers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Oversee key activities within the affiliate program, including onboarding, compliance, payments, and reporting.
  • Monitor campaign performance and propose actions for optimization.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience managing influencers, partnerships, or affiliate programs.
  • Strong knowledge of the influencer and partnership landscape in Italy, with the ability to quickly identify new profiles and collaboration opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Native-level Italian.
  • Good command of English, useful for communication with the international team.
  • Analytical mindset, initiative, and a results-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured way within an international environment.
  • Interest in the financial or fintech sector (preferred).
  • Possession of, or willingness to open, a Partita IVA (freelance VAT registration).
