WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a Junior Development Manager to join our Italian team in Milan.

SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU

  • Prepare and have approved Heads-Up Memos and Investment Committee Memos, including the development financial model, cash flow, SWOT analysis and market data;
  • Monitor the activities of competitors and clients, as well as opportunities and transactions in the logistics real estate market, also by leveraging the existing network of brokers and consultants;
  • Collaborating with P3's finance, legal and other departments, dealing personally with the financial evaluation of real estate opportunities and managing the technical-administrative documentation and budgets related to development operations;
  • Collaborating in some corporate initiatives that have an impact on development activities;
  • Monitor the logistics real estate market, being responsible for preparing dedicated reporting to be represented also in meetings with other European offices;
  • Identify and monitor potential target customers in the market, qualify opportunities and prepare offers;
  • Identifying and qualifying suitable land to support P3's development strategy in Italy;
  • Timely and properly fill out the P3 land database.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

  • Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture, Economics or a Real Estate related field;
  • Proven 1-3 years experience in property development, ideally in the logistics or industrial real estate sector;
  • Understanding of the Italian real estate market, including zoning, permitting, and development processes;
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to prepare and analyze investment appraisals and feasibility studies;
  • Disciplined and organized approach;
  • Ability to manage more and diverse tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a matrix organization;
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;
  • Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
