We are looking for a Junior Visual Content Designer (Internship) to join Translated's Creative team and support the creation of visual content across digital and communication projects.

This is an internship position with a strong learning and mentoring focus, designed for candidates who want to grow their visual design skills within a structured and collaborative creative environment.

You will report to the Head of Brand & Communication and work closely with a Senior Digital Art Director, a Senior Visual Designer, and the Content team, supporting the growth and consistency of the overall brand experience.

ResponsibilitiesSupport the creation of visual content for digital, editorial and communication projects.Contribute to the development of visual layouts and design assets across multiple formats.Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure visual consistency and clarity.Adapt visual assets for different platforms and channels, especially social media.Learn how creative projects are developed, reviewed and delivered within a professional team.RequirementsPursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.Proficient in Italian and English Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiar with UI/UX design tools (Figma).Good understanding of video editing and animation tools (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).A good portfolio showcasing digital and visual design skills.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Social media fundamental rules (formats, timing, attention spans matter).Creative thinking with attention to detail in all aspects of visual design.Proficient in generative AI creative tools is a plus.
