We're offering a 6-month full-time internship in our Technical Support department as a Technical Support Intern.As Technical Support intern, you might:
As a passionate problem solver, your regular activities will include evaluating, setting, and managing customer reported problems including escalation activities and communications. You'll never stop learning and will be encouraged to bring your best to work every day. Whilst being part of a global team spanning from the US to Europe to Asia Pacific, you will also be able to get hands on with internal projects that will have a direct impact on our Technical Support teams and ultimately our customers
Required Qualifications
Target degrees include all the STEM faculties, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent.
Experience with at least one of the following operating systems is preferred: Windows, UNIX, or Linux. General understanding of Windows, Unix, and Linux is required.
Strong communication skills in Italian and English - both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications
Basic knowledge of Python, R, SQL.
Basic Understanding of Cloud Systems and Data Analytics
Knowledge of SAS Programming is a bonus
Location
Milan, Italy
On-site in office 3 Days a Week
Remote 2 Days a Week
