Come
Technical Services Specialist (Intern)

Cosa farai ogni giorno:

  • Aiuterai il team interno risolvendo problemi tecnici (hardware e software) attraverso il sistema di ticketing ServiceNOW:
  • Supporterai il team HR nell'onboarding dei nuovi colleghi e nell'uscita di quelli in partenza.
  • Configurerai dispositivi per gli utenti seguendo procedure e standard aziendali.
  • Controllerai i backup e altre attività di business continuity.
  • Escalation dei problemi ai team tecnici specializzati quando necessario.

Cosa cerchiamo in te:

  • Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali
  • Buona conoscenza dei sistemi Windows e del pacchetto Microsoft Office
  • Attenzione ai dettagli e voglia di trovare soluzioni

Requisiti:

  • Diploma tecnico o laurea in un ambito pertinente
  • Italiano fluente
  • Buona conoscenza dell'inglese (livello professionale)
