What we are looking for
As a Digital Learning specialist, you will work closely with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to design learning experiences to support the clients' learning strategy. You will coordinate directly with our French speaking clients to understand their needs in terms of learning, define the objectives of the training and prepare the content that will then be digitalized. You will advise the production team and accompany them to make sure the digital learning delivered is aligned with the objectives you have defined.
What you will be doing
- Curate, analyze and structure content for the production of digital learning capsules in collaboration with the development team.
- Apply learning & development principles to create engaging learning activities and compelling course content, relevant to the client's needs.
- Create storyboards, write the script for the training modules proposed and any other learning aids such as facilitator guides, slide decks, and other learning deliverables.
- Create mobile learning capsules using relevant tools.
- Evaluate the success of the training and work to continuously improve it.
- Act as a liaison between client and development team in making sure the objectives of the course are realized through the digital tools proposed by the Instructional or Graphic Designers
- Act as a consultant for clients on any learning aspects
- Create presentations and other digital learning materials for the trainings proposed.
- Develop micro learnings in the internal mobile learning platform
- Facilitate and animate workshops on ongoing projects.
What you need to have
- Advanced French Language Skills (C1-C2)
- Customer centricity
- Learning and development or training creation experience
- Creative storytelling skills
- Advanced verbal, writing and editing skills with attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrate digital dexterity
- Ability to process multiple sources of information to make decisions and solve problems
- Awareness of eLearning course development tools such as Articulate, Adobe Creative Suite, would be a plus
