Job Description
We are looking for a Used Cars Backoffice Expert who will be involved in all the activities related to the backoffice of used cars, providing prompt support to different clients in the activities related to:

  • used car logistics,
  • request of deregistration and change of ownership,
  • solicit payment and support client with invoice issues,
  • request and ship COC documents.

Qualifications

  • Good level of English (at least B1),
  • Precise, patient and structured person, eager to learn new skills and improve processes,
  • 2 years of experience in a role that demands customer support within matrix organization,
  • Excellent competencies with Excel and Outlook.

Work location: Milan, Italy (client's office)

Full-time, 40 hours/week
