Customer Success Consultant
, sarai un punto di riferimento per i nostri clienti e chi è interessato al nostro servizio, rispondendo alle loro domande tramite chat.

Grazie al percorso formativo, acquisirai competenze fiscali e tecniche sulla piattaforma Fiscozen, per offrire un'assistenza volta a garantire la massima soddisfazione del cliente.


Sei il candidato giusto se

  • Ti dà soddisfazione guidare e supportare i clienti nella risoluzione delle loro problematiche e richieste.
  • Non ti spaventa gestire più attività contemporaneamente.
  • Ti motiva lavorare su obiettivi ambiziosi.


Cosa farai

  • Accompagnerai i clienti nell'utilizzo della piattaforma Fiscozen.
  • Risolverai i dubbi e le problematiche fiscali.
  • Supporterai i commercialisti partner nella gestione della contabilità dei clienti.


Cosa ti offriamo

  • Formazione costante sulla normativa fiscale
  • Contratto a tempo determinato: abbiamo 6 mesi per capire se ci piacciamo. Se sì, firmiamo un contratto a tempo indeterminato.
  • RAL: 23.000€
