Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in the forklift and battery/energy industry. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, manage key accounts, and develop strategic partnerships across industrial markets.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the forklift and battery/energy sector.
Manage key accounts and maintain long-term client relationships.
Provide technical guidance and tailored solutions to customers.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations from pre-sales to after-sales.
Represent the company at trade shows, client visits, and industry events.
Requirements:
Proven experience in forklift and battery/energy markets.
Strong commercial acumen and technical knowledge.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to lead teams and drive performance.
