Through structured training, entailing on-the-job training and development as well as mentoring, you will actively contribute to the success of increasingly complex projects, driving the Digitalisation of the Life Sciences world.

We are currently on the lookout for a Pharma Digital Application Support Specialist to join and boost our technical team (Part of the work might be done at clients' sites, predominantly North of Italy).

Your Role In Lifebee
According to your seniority and expertise, you will be involved in activities such as:

  • Leading the customization and integration of market-leading vertical software applications for Life Sciences
  • Analysis of submitted requests and incidents, technical resolution, planning of problem-solving activities or escalation through the different levels of support in accordance with internal processes
  • Managing technical and application support requests through continuous technical collaboration with local and global software providers
  • Managing Service Requests, Incidents, Problems, and Changes, in line with existing Service Level Agreements and international ITIL standards.

Profile And Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role (ideally in a consulting context)
  • STEM degree preferred (i.e., biomedical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mathematical engineering, statisics, mathematics, physics)
  • Good knowledge of IT architectures, coding languages, and MS Office productivity tools
  • Basic SQL programming language on MS SQL Server and Oracle DBMS
  • Availability to travel
  • Motivation to learn and grow, also supported by senior colleagues
  • Fluency in Italian and English.

Nice To Have

  • Technical skills in application development environments (i.e., Salesforce) and programming languages (i.e., Java, Python, C#...);
  • Knowledge of IT systems in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in MES/EBR, LIMS, QMS, TMS, BPM, Workflow Management, Document Management, Business Analytics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and familiarity with Life Science Industry regulations and guidelines.
  • Data science skills.
