Europool Srl azienda con consolidata expertise nell'ambito dell'ingegneria impiantistica, focalizzata in particolare sull'ideazione e implementazione di impianti di imbottigliamento e packaging, ricerca un Regional Technical Sales per potenziamento del team Commerciale.

Responsabilità principali

  • Sviluppo commerciale B2B e ampliamento del 
    portafoglio clienti industriali;
  • ricerca dei lead nuovi;
  • mantenere e sviluppare le relazioni con i 
    clienti
    esistenti ed incrementare il business sul mercato di competenza (OEM, automazione);
  • Gestione end-to-end del 
    ciclo di vendita tecnico-commerciale
    (scouting, qualificazione, preventivazione, proposta, trattativa, chiusura);
  • Attività di up-selling sui clienti esistenti del settore industriale;
  • Analisi del mercato e identificazione di nuove opportunità
    in Europa ed Extra Europa
  • Collaborazione con il 
    team tecnico
     per definire soluzioni e offerte personalizzate;
  • Trasferte: sia per gestione del cliente che per fiere di settore;
  • Contributo allo sviluppo commerciale sulle diverse business line.

Requisiti

  • Esperienza consolidata di almeno 8 anni
    come 
    Sales Engineer
    , 
    Technical Sales
    , 
    Business Developer B2B
     o ruoli simili
    ;
  • Esperienza nella vendita di impianti, sistemi o soluzioni industriali complesse
  • Background tecnico (è considerato un plus Laurea in Ingegneria – Meccanica o affini)
    ;
  • Autonomia completa nella gestione del processo commerciale
  • Inglese professionale 
    B2/
    C1 + una seconda lingua Francese o spagnolo;
  • Ottime capacità relazionali, comunicative e negoziali
  • Mentalità imprenditoriale, orientamento al risultato, forte proattività
