About the Job
We are looking for a Commercial Excellence Lead to drive excellence in commercial operations. This role acts as a strategic and hands-on partner to the customer team, supporting planning and execution, providing in-depth analysis, and leading commercial excellence initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
- Segmentation and route to market: define the segmentation strategy and lead the targeting and segmentation process, collecting the internal and external information needed; align internal and external stakeholders; define the right size of territories in alignment with Customer Hub; provide insights on market trends and potential impacts in channel mix and route to market;
- Performance tracking: define based on the commercial priorities of each sales cycle, the proper KPI to track performance and objectives achievement on daily, weekly and monthly basis for each channel (pharmacy, mass market, e-commerce, wholesalers); ensure the data quality and reports delivery on time; support the organization to understand and share the same view on data, performance and KPI
- Incentives management: lead Bonus Committee, providing shared approach agreed with Customer Hub, to allocate resources to drive organization in the achievement of the business objectives and priorities; adopt the global suggestions and best practices; implement incentive SOP;
- Sales Operations: support external field force management, providing the data to evaluate impact on commissions; support CRM customer data management for territories assignment and changes on field force structure.
About You
- Degree in a business or scientific discipline: Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Maths;
- Fluent in English.
- Available to work from the office 3 days a week
- At least 5 years of experience in role as SFE specialist, Business Analyst;
- Experience in sales effectiveness, reporting, and ideally team management.
- Strong analytical and planning skills with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with diplomacy and assertiveness.
