Description

This role will work with the Pre-Production, Brand teams and Supplier. This role requires the highest level of attention to detail, sense of priority, and commitment to finding efficient solutions to daily challenges. This is a full time role, in the designated office 5 days per week. 

Skills: 

  •  Knowledge of the editorial industry
  •  Knowledge of printing techniques
  •  Excellent communication skills in both written and oral Italian and English.
  •  Ability to pay attention to detail 
  •  Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Duties:

The Production Coordinator will support projects from a management perspective, coordinating paperwork and handling inquiries. 

  • Managing requests and feedback from colleagues in other departments and suppliers 
  • Understand needs and find solutions autonomously
  • Monitor and share work plans and timelines 
  • Manage technical project documentation
  • Reviewing project progress reports

Skills and Aptitude

  • Ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Goal-oriented, problem-solving and self-reliance orientation, organization and analytical skills.
  • Good handling of stress and complexity.
  • Drivers license and own car required.
