Missione del Ruolo:
Siamo alla ricerca di un*
Production Assistant
che affianchi il Production Manager nella gestione operativa e organizzativa delle attività produttive della venue. Questa risorsa
sarà coinvolta in tutte le fasi di preparazione ed esecuzione degli eventi live, coordinando staff interni, fornitori e produzioni ospitate, garantendo il rispetto degli standard tecnici e organizzativi di Arena Milano.

Responsabilità

  • Coordinare le attività produttive degli eventi ospitati ad Arena Milano, supportando il Production Manager e gestendo lo staff interno e i fornitori esterni.
  • Agire come punto di riferimento per le produzioni ospiti durante tutte le fasi operative (load-in, allestimento, show, load-out), fornendo supporto costante alle esigenze produttive in venue.
  • Verificare che allestimenti e set-up delle produzioni esterne rispettino direttive tecniche, planimetrie, piani di sala e procedure operative della venue.
  • Gestire e organizzare le aree
    back of house
    , incluse:
  • coordinamento e preparazione dressing rooms e office produzione,
  • supervisione degli spazi di hospitality artisti e produzioni,
  • gestione del flusso degli accessi e del corretto utilizzo degli ambienti dedicati.
  • Curare la gestione dei magazzini produzione, monitorando capitolati materiali, scorte, inventari, movimentazioni e necessità di approvvigionamento.
  • Collaborare con le funzioni interne per garantire un corretto flusso informativo tra reparti tecnici, operativi e amministrativi.

(La supervisione tecnica diretta delle aree audio, luci, video e palco sarà in capo al Technical Manager.)

Requisiti & Esperienza

  • Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in ruoli di Production Assistant/Coordinator
    o funzioni affini nel settore eventi o live entertainment.
  • Conoscenza delle
    dinamiche di produzione eventi
    e delle principali componenti tecniche (audio, luci, video, strutture palco).
  • Eccellenti
    capacità organizzative, problem solving
    e gestione dello stress.
  • Ottime
    doti comunicative e attitudine al lavoro di squadra
    .
  • Flessibilità
    oraria e disponibilità a lavorare durante eventi serali, festivi e su turni.
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto
    Office
    .
  • Conoscenza di
    AutoCAD
    considerata un plus.
