Job Description
This role will work with the Pre-Production, Brand teams and Supplier. This role requires the highest level of attention to detail, sense of priority, and commitment to finding efficient solutions to daily challenges.

Skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Duties
The Production Coordinator will support projects from a management perspective, coordinating paperwork and handling inquiries.

  • Managing requests and feedback from colleagues in other departments and suppliers
  • Understand needs and find solutions autonomously
  • Monitor and share work plans and timelines
  • Manage technical project documentation
  • Reviewing project progress reports

Skills And Aptitude

  • Ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Goal-oriented, problem-solving and self-reliance orientation, organization and analytical skills.
  • Good handling of stress and complexity.
  • Drivers license and own car required.
