Marketing & CRM Coordinator:

As Marketing Coordinator (CRM & Performance), you'll sit at the intersection of brand, content, data, and technology, supporting the execution of marketing activity across channels while strengthening the systems behind it — from Salesforce CRM to performance reporting and campaign optimisation.

You'll work closely with the Marketing Director and the Culture & Events Manager, helping bring our F&B, cultural programming and member communications to life — with a strong focus on data-driven execution, segmentation, and measurable results.

What you'll do:

Support the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns (email, social, website, on-property communications) with consistency and speed

Own the operational side of CRM and member communications, with a strong focus on Salesforce (audience segmentation, list management, campaign setup support, data hygiene)

Help build and maintain reporting dashboards and weekly insights on:

email performance (open rate, CTR, conversions)

member engagement trends

campaign results by audience segment

event and programming performance

Coordinate content production and delivery across internal teams and external suppliers (creative, PR, photographers, agencies)

Support newsletters, website updates, and social media publishing — ensuring everything feels premium, on-brand, and intentional

Assist in managing brand assets, visual libraries, and content calendars

Support PR initiatives and partner activations, ensuring the details are flawless

Be close to the floor: translate what happens inside the Club into communication that feels alive, relevant, and worth opening
