IMPIEGATO/A CUSTOMER SERVICE

da inserire nel team back-office commerciale, con l'obiettivo di garantire un servizio efficiente e di qualità.

Mansioni:

  • Contatto diretto con clienti per fornire informazioni su ordini, consegne e supporto post-vendita
  • Collaborazione con il reparto vendite e produzione per garantire tempi e qualità
  • Supporto nell'inserimento e gestione degli ordini clienti nel sistema gestionale
  • Verifica della documentazione commerciale e controllo delle fatture

Requisiti:

  • Conoscenza delle lingue inglese e tedesco, sia orale che scritta
  • Esperienza pregressa in customer service o in un ruolo simile
  • Preferenza per provenienza dal settore industriale

  • Contratto secondo CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria
  • Orario full-time
  • Range retributivo indicativo: RAL 30-34k
