THE MISSION?
Our
customers

teams

You are the director of the catering department (restaurant, bar and work/event spaces). 

In charge of
developing the profitability
of each outlet, you also participate in the
engineering of the menu
and the setting of menu prices.

You recruit, supervise, direct & coordinate all the
restaurant staff
while taking on many other responsibilities.

You ensure
compliance with the law
; you're watch at Mama is never over.

You guarantee the
customer experience
is always perfect
