A dynamic and discreet Housekeeper / PA is required to support a high-profile businesswoman in her multi-level private residence in Lake Como. This is more than just a housekeeping position — it's a lifestyle support role for someone confident running a home, managing day-to-day tasks, and acting as a right-hand person.
This is an opportunity for a polished professional who thrives in a private, high-standard environment and brings both emotional intelligence and reliability to the table.
Key Responsibilities:Local errands, personal shopping, and appointments
Light housekeeping and coordination with the part-time cleaner
Receiving guests and assisting with small private events
Occasional airport pickups for family and friends
Managing deliveries and vendors
Local driving and occasional travel to Milan
Basic admin and personal assistance
Native/Fluent Italian & English
3+ years in private households or UHNW environments
Confident driver with full licence
Emotionally intelligent, proactive, and highly discreet
Polished and personable with a flexible, can-do attitude
Legally able to work in Italy
This is a live-out position best suited to candidates based in or near Como. Flexibility around hours will be appreciated — as will a calm, trustworthy presence in the household.
