La Villa dispone di camere e suite con finiture ricercate oltre a una
private
SPA, una palestra attrezzata e uno splendido solarium vista lago, il tutto curato nei minimi dettagli.
Ruolo richiesto:
Si tratta di un ruolo a tempo pieno, in loco a Como, per un Receptionist/Addetto al Back Office presso
Villa Liberty - Lake Como Rooms & SPA.
Il/La candidato/a sarà responsabile della gestione delle attività di reception, tra cui l'accoglienza degli ospiti, la
gestione del check-in e del check-out e l'assistenza alle richieste. Il ruolo prevede anche lo svolgimento di attività
amministrative di back office, la risposta alle telefonate, la gestione delle prenotazioni e la garanzia di un servizio
clienti di alta qualità. Collaborare con gli altri membri dello staff per garantire il corretto funzionamento delle attività
e un'eccellente esperienza per gli ospiti sarà fondamentale per il ruolo.

Giovani candidati, seri ed appassionati al mondo dell'hospitality e con forte predisposizione nella gestione dei clienti e al lavoro in team.
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta e della lingua italiana.
Apprezzata la conoscenza di altre lingue come: francese, tedesco, spagnolo, russo.
Molto apprezzata la flessibilità negli orari / giorni lavorativi (soggetti a turni).
I giorni lavorativi richiesti sono 6 su 7 settimanali, anche weekend.
Turni compresi nella fascia oraria: 8.30 – no turni notturni).
Preferenza verso i candidati che risiedono a Como o in zone limitrofe, che consentano il facile raggiungimento del posto di lavoro in auto o con mezzi pubblici.
