Principali Attività

  • Amministrazione avanzata di sistemi operativi (Windows, Linux, Unix).
  • Gestione e monitoraggio di server fisici e virtuali (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Configurazione e manutenzione di reti locali e geografiche (LAN/WAN), firewall, VPN e sistemi di sicurezza.
  • Implementazione di politiche di backup, disaster recovery e-business continuity.
  • Monitoraggio delle performance dei sistemi e risoluzione proattiva di problemi tecnici.
  • Gestione degli accessi e delle autorizzazioni (Active Directory, LDAP).
  • Supporto tecnico di secondo e terzo livello.
  • Collaborazione con gruppi di sviluppo, sicurezza e supporto per progetti IT.
  • Documentazione tecnica e aggiornamento delle procedure operative.

Requisiti

  • Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o titolo equivalente.
  • Esperienza consolidata nel ruolo di System Administrator (minimo 5 anni).
  • Conoscenza approfondita di sistemi operativi, virtualizzazione, networking e sicurezza informatica.
  • Certificazioni tecniche (es. Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Linux) sono considerate un plus.
  • Capacità di problem solving, gestione delle priorità e lavoro in team.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Esperienza Professionale/Seniority
7-8 anni di esperienza in ambito Information Technology.
