What you'll do:

Join the Finance & Legal department and in particular the Regional Finance , reporting directly to the Head of Finance Transformation.

Have the opportunity to be involved in:

• Act as a key partner in driving the modernization and digitalization of finance processes across the SEA region, contributing to the standardization, automation, and continuous improvement of core finance operations.
• Support the design, optimization, and implementation of end-to-end finance processes (Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, etc.), ensuring alignment with global policies and best practices.
• Collaborate with Group and Regional teams to integrate finance processes within the wider Flutter SEA technology and data landscape, ensuring process efficiency and system connectivity.
• Play a leading role in ERP and finance system initiatives (e.g., Oracle Cloud or other enterprise solutions), including requirements definition, testing, data validation, and deployment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and control integrity.
• Partner with Technology teams to identify automation opportunities (e.g., RPA, analytics tools, workflow platforms) that enhance efficiency and data quality.
• Support the monthly financial close and reporting cycles during transition periods, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial data across systems.
• Actively identify, recommend, and implement process improvements, leveraging technology and data-driven insights to enhance financial performance, control, and scalability.

What you'll bring:

• At least 3/5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance Operations, or Finance Transformation roles within a multinational environment.

• A degree in Economics , Finance or related disciplines

• Strong understanding of finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C) and internal control frameworks (SOX, ICFR).

• Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP ECC/S4, Oracle Cloud, or similar) and advanced Excel / data analysis skills.

• Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives, from analysis and design to implementation and adoption.

• Solid understanding of financial reporting standards (IFRS, US GAAP).

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions.

• A proactive, analytical, and change-oriented mindset, with a passion for digital innovation in finance.

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
