Within GOSP, we are seeking an experienced Head of GCOO & GOSP Health & Safety to lead and oversee all Health & Safety (H&S) initiatives across our organization's seven countries. This strategic leadership role ensures compliance with international and local regulations, fosters a strong safety culture, and drives continuous improvement in workplace health and safety standards.

The job holder can be based in Milan, Trieste, Roma or Mogliano Veneto

  • e:Ensuring that global and local Health & Safety (H&S) regulations are correctly interpreted and implemented across all regio
  • nsAdvising Employers and Delegated Managers on compliance strategies and best practic
  • esIdentifying and mitigating workplace risks through structured plans, in coordination with Health & Safety Officers (RSPP
  • s)Leading strategic safety projects and defining standards for equipment, office layout, training, and health surveillan
  • ceOverseeing operational safety measures across sites, monitoring internal teams and external providers for complian
  • ceDeveloping emergency response plans, conducting evacuation drills, and managing crises like fires or health emergenci
  • esContinuously improving H&S processes and training programs, aligning with evolving regulations and organizational nee
