Role description

Stowyourbags is seeking a customer service assistant, self-motivated,

who excels in fast-paced environments and is available for flexible hours and days within a 5-day workweek

Responsibilities

  • Handle conversations with Customers to address requests, complaints, provide appropriate solutions, follow-up to resolve any issues their customers experience
  • Assist customers with reservations (book, cancel, change, create account/reservation) via email, phone, and chat support
  • Deliver favorable customer support using customer support tools
  • Align initiatives with business goals through collaborative efforts.

What are we looking for?

  • High School diploma
  • written and spoken required
  • Excellent Italian written and spoken required
  • Good French & Spanish written and spoken required
  • Good use of the entire Office suite, especially Excel
  • Flexible hours and days within a 5-day workweek
