Your Responsibilities

  • Direct support to the CEO in all business matters
  • Preparation of analyses and decision-making support
  • Development of presentations, reports, and technical briefings
  • Responsibility for ongoing correspondence and central interface for internal and external communication
  • Hosting and managing visitors of the executive board
  • Independent execution of market and technology analyses to support corporate strategy
  • Opportunity to contribute to the development of processes and structures

Your Qualifications & Skills

  • Completed Master's degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences
  • PhD or initial professional experience in a similar environment or in consulting
  • Basic knowledge of Electrical Engineering and e-mobility
  • Understanding of technical interrelations and innovation processes
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Strong communication skills at all levels, discretion, and a structured working style
  • High level of initiative, reliability, organisational talent, and ability to set priorities
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, Italian as an advantage
