  • Infrastructure & Security Coordinator

La figura ideale coniuga competenze tecniche in ambito cybersecurity e infrastruttura IT, con una forte capacità di coordinamento interno ed esterno. Dovrà gestire l'intera catena di asset aziendali (server, clienti, dispositivi mobili) garantendo sicurezza, operatività e conformità normativa, oltre a coordinare i team di supporto tecnico interni ed esterni.

Il
candidato
ideale possiede:

  • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo o in posizioni analoghe
  • Ottima conoscenza di Windows Server, Azure e Intune
  • Esperienza nella gestione di team IT e nel coordinamento di fornitori esterni
  • Conoscenze base di networking (switching, routing, firewall, VPN) e dei sistemi Linux
  • Forte interesse per la Cybersecurity e le best practice infrastrutturali
  • Ottime capacità organizzative, di problem solving e pianificazione
  • Padronanza dell'inglese scritto e parlato

Requisiti preferenziali:

  • Certificazioni (ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Certified – Azure/Intune, o equivalenti)
  • Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria o discipline affini
  • Disponibilità a brevi trasferte

Le
mansioni
includeranno:

  • Gestione Infrastrutturale
  • Amministrazione dei server (Windows, Azure, Linux): configurazione, patching, aggiornamenti, performance tuning
  • Gestione client e asset lifecycle (immagini, deployment, end-of-life, CMDB)
  • Pianificazione capacity e upgrade infrastrutturali
  • Device & Endpoint Management
  • Gestione piattaforma MDM (Intune): enrollment dispositivi mobili, policy di compliance, distribuzione app, supporto remoto
  • Coordinamento di attività di troubleshooting e miglioramento continuo
  • Coordinamento e supporto operativo
  • Supervisione team tecnici L1/L2/L3: assegnazione ticket, escalation, quality check e formazione tecnica
  • Interfaccia con partner esterni e fornitori IT
  • Sicurezza e compliance
  • Gestione incidenti di sicurezza connessi all'infrastruttura IT, in collaborazione con il SOC esterno
  • Implementazione di misure di Sicurezza Informatica e Compliance IT in ambito infrastrutturale
