The Role
We are looking for a
Sales & Business Development professional
to lead the commercial growth of DigiPHY and its related services.
You will identify opportunities, build partnerships, and define customized collaboration models — from system sales, rentals and on-site sessions to co-design projects developed together with our design and engineering teams.
This role sits at the intersection of technology, design, and business strategy, combining technical understanding with a strong sense of human interaction and strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development and sales strategies for DigiPHY and its service ecosystem;
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to contract negotiation and client onboarding;
- Identify client needs and design collaboration models such as rental, on-site use, or joint development;
- Collaborate with design, software, and strategy teams to define proposals, pricing, and service offerings;
- Conduct market and competitor analyses to guide strategic and commercial decisions;
- Represent Granstudio and DigiPHY at international events, conferences, and client meetings;
- Supervise technical aspects of administrative processes, supported by internal operational teams;
- Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and ensure strong, long-term client relationships.
Core Competences
- Strong understanding of digital products, software architecture and visualization tools;
- Ability to connect technical understanding with commercial and strategic reasoning;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, written and spoken;
- Confidence in negotiation and relationship management with B2B clients and partners;
- Analytical thinking for defining pricing models and evaluating market positioning;
- Proactive, curious, and sales approach.
Nice to Have
- Experience in mobility, design, or digital product ecosystems;
- Familiarity with SaaS or hybrid software-plus-service business models;
- Background in sales or pre-sales of design, simulation or visualization tools.
