The Role and Candidate

We are seeking a Retail Construction Executive to play a pivotal role in supporting the Retail Construction Manager with day-to-day activities at a regional level. This role offers hands-on exposure to multiple projects and the opportunity to contribute directly to the successful delivery of new store openings across the region, working closely with cross-functional and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Construction Manager in day-to-day activities, coordinating multiple projects at different stages and ensuring timelines are met.
• Carry out regular site visits and provide on-site support during defect inspections, preparing clear and structured reports for the Retail Construction Manager.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Design, Retail, Finance, Legal) across Europe and China, as well as with external stakeholders, to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.
• Assist in the preparation of project budgets, cost trackers, and all documentation required for internal financial approvals.
• Support the bidding and tendering process by collecting, organizing, and evaluating contractor proposals.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete and up to date, including contracts, drawings, permits and site reports.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Architecture or Design with 1–3 years of experience in retail field
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, budget-oriented and able to work closely with a manager in a support role.
• Strong communication skills in an international, cross-functional environment.
• Willingness to travel for site visits across Europe.
• Fluency in English and ideally Spanish, both spoken and written; Chinese language is considered a plus
• Knowledge of AutoCad and Excel
