We are looking for an
experienced Administrative & Accounting Manager
to join our team in
Milan
.

About the Role

You will coordinate accounting and administrative activities across
five branches
(approximately €30M turnover), leading a dedicated team and ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient financial management.

Main Responsibilities

Location: Milan (on-site role, no remote work)

Contract: Full- time

  • Oversee accounting, tax compliance, and consolidated reporting
  • Coordinate administrative operations across multiple locations
  • Manage relationships with consultants, auditors, and tax advisors
  • Supervise contracts, accounts payable/receivable, and cost allocations
  • Lead and develop a team of four people at our Milan headquarters

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics or related field
  • Minimum
    8 years of experience
    in administration and accounting within multinational contexts
  • Strong knowledge of
    accounting, taxation, and financial reporting
  • Proven
    leadership and team management
    skills
  • Fluent in
    Italian and English
  • Proficiency in
    ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or Business Central)
    and Excel
