VIT is seeking a SALES AND MARKETING SPECIALIST for our Parma office
VIT is a Destination Management Company (DMC) with over 28 years of experience in international markets.
VIT specializes in travel experiences across Italy, France, Switzerland, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Our clients are international travel agents and we operate in the Premium and Luxury segments as part of prestigious networks including Traveller Made, XO Private, Internova, and Signature. We are looking for an ambitious, highly motivated candidate passionate about travel and tourism, with a strong background in marketing. The ideal candidate must be able to work collaboratively within a team and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Location:
Parma, Italy 40 hours per week / No remote working
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote VIT's services to international travel agents
- Create engaging content for social media, website, newsletters, and marketing materials
- Support the sales team in lead generation and client relationship management
- Coordinate participation in travel trade shows and industry events
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance
- Collaborate with the team to enhance VIT's brand presence in international markets
Requirements and Skills:
- Background in marketing and tourism
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Office or Google Suite applications
