Alba Leasing S.p.A. è alla ricerca di due risorse da inserire in stage all'interno della Direzione Operativa, con opportunità di crescita in un ambiente dinamico, collaborativo e orientato all'innovazione.

  • Stage – U.O. Immobiliare
  • Stage – Ufficio Post Avvio

Requisiti comuni richiesti

  • Diploma in Economia, Finanza e Marketing e/o Laurea in discipline Economiche o Giuridiche
  • Spiccata proattività e orientamento al risultato
  • Buone capacità di lavoro in team e comunicazione
  • Precisione, affidabilità e capacità di gestione delle attività operative
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel)

1) Stage – U.O. Immobiliare

La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno dell'Unità Organizzativa Immobiliare, dove supporterà le attività legate alla gestione delle pratiche immobiliari connesse al leasing.

Attività previste:

  • analisi e gestione della documentazione immobiliare
  • supporto ai rapporti con periti, notai e controparti
  • attività operative a supporto delle fasi istruttorie
  • aggiornamento e monitoraggio delle informazioni nei sistemi aziendali

Il profilo ideale è interessato al settore immobiliare e alla gestione amministrativo‑operativa di operazioni complesse.

2) Stage – Ufficio Post Avvio

La risorsa sarà inserita nell'Ufficio Post Avvio, dedicato alla gestione delle attività successive all'attivazione dei contratti di leasing.

Attività previste:

  • supporto nelle attività di verifica e contabilizzazione dei documenti
  • gestione delle comunicazioni con clienti e partner
  • aggiornamento e controllo delle informazioni contrattuali
  • collaborazione con le altre unità operative per assicurare la correttezza dei processi

Si ricerca una persona precisa, orientata alla qualità e interessata alle attività amministrative legate alla gestione documentale.

Condizioni dello stage e benefit

Indennità di partecipazione: € 700 netti mensili

Buoni pasto: € 8 per ogni giornata lavorata

Dotazioni aziendali: PC e telefono aziendale

Orario: full time

Smart working: possibilità fino a 2 giorni a settimana e 8 giorni al mese
