YOUR MISSION:

  • Support customers in the sign-up and contract renewal processes;
  • Interact with customers via telephone, email and other digital channels;
  • Gather customer feedback on services and products;
  • Understand customer objectives, KPIs and needs; propose appropriate and timely solutions; verify their implementation and effectiveness;
  • Collaborate with the sales team to define growth strategies.

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written);
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Google Workspace tools;
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices;
  • Excellent communication and proactive listening skills;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively;
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively:
  • Aptitude for data analysis;
