We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong interest in hospitality and the Food & Beverage sector to join our Banqueting team as Banqueting Intern.

Role Mission:

Support the dining room team during events and banquets, ensuring impeccable service in line with the hotel/restaurant standards. The Banqueting Intern assists the supervisor in the preparation, management, and cleaning of service areas, contributing to guest satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the mise en place for banquets and events (tables, cutlery, linens, decorations).

  • Welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner, following the supervisor's instructions.

  • Serve food and beverages according to procedures and service standards.

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service execution (courses, beverages, timing).

  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the work areas during and after service.

  • Promptly report any needs or issues to the supervisor.

  • Comply with hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.

Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of service techniques.

  • Strong ability to work in a team and under pressure.

  • Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.

  • Schedule flexibility (evening events, weekends, holidays).

Soft Skills:

  • Courtesy and professionalism.

  • Effective communication skills.

  • Quick problem-solving during service.
