Accessibility Expert
to join our team.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for an
Accessibility Expert
with a deep understanding of digital accessibility, ready to lead and support high-impact projects for both public and private clients.

This role plays a key part in ensuring that digital products, services, and content are
accessible, inclusive, and compliant
with international standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct accessibility audits and evaluations on websites, mobile apps, software platforms, and digital documents.
  • Prepare technical reports based on WCAG 2.1/2.2, EN , and other relevant guidelines.
  • Collaborate with development, design, and product teams to implement inclusive best practices.
  • Support clients in achieving regulatory compliance (e.g., AGID, ADA, Section 508).
  • Deliver training, coaching, and awareness sessions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date on legislation, assistive technologies, and accessibility trends.
  • Potentially participate in tenders, EU projects, policy advisory initiatives, or applied research activities.

Skills And Experience

  • Proven experience in the field of digital accessibility.
  • Advanced knowledge of WCAG, ARIA, semantic HTML, and assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers, alternative input devices).
  • Familiarity with testing tools such as Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate European and international accessibility regulations.
  • Strong communication and client management skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Certifications such as CPACC, WAS, or CPWA are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Fluent English is required; German and French are considered a plus.
