Who We're Looking For
We are looking for an Accessibility Expert with a deep understanding of digital accessibility, ready to lead and support high-impact projects for both public and private clients.
This role plays a key part in ensuring that digital products, services, and content are accessible, inclusive, and compliant with international standards.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct accessibility audits and evaluations on websites, mobile apps, software platforms, and digital documents.
Prepare technical reports based on WCAG 2.1/2.2, EN , and other relevant guidelines.
Collaborate with development, design, and product teams to implement inclusive best practices.
Support clients in achieving regulatory compliance (e.g., AGID, ADA, Section 508).
Deliver training, coaching, and awareness sessions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Stay up to date on legislation, assistive technologies, and accessibility trends.
Potentially participate in tenders, EU projects, policy advisory initiatives, or applied research activities.
Skills and Experience
Proven experience in the field of digital accessibility.
Advanced knowledge of WCAG, ARIA, semantic HTML, and assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers, alternative input devices).
Familiarity with testing tools such as Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.
Ability to interpret and communicate European and international accessibility regulations.
Strong communication and client management skills.
Experience working cross-functionally within multidisciplinary teams.
Certifications such as CPACC, WAS, or CPWA are preferred but not mandatory.
Fluent English is required; German and French are considered a plus.
