Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities
As a Member Engagement Lead, you'll play a vital role in shaping how RICS connects with its members across key markets. Working closely with Market Development Managers, you'll develop and deliver market-specific engagement strategies that strengthen relationships, enhance member experience, and drive retention.
Your day-to-day will include:
⦁ Collating and analysing market-specific member engagement data, translating insights into actionable strategies and campaigns.
⦁ Tracking engagement measures and working with senior functional leads to address risks and capitalise on opportunities.
⦁ Partnering with Corporate Communications to ensure members receive timely updates on RICS activities, wins and successes.
⦁ Collaborating with Government Relations and Policy teams to connect members with our advocacy work.
⦁ Managing governance and advisory panels, building strong relationships with key member representatives.
⦁ Supporting Matrics (or equivalent) to engage younger professionals through meaningful activities.
About You
You're a natural connector who thrives on building relationships and creating strategies that make an impact. You combine analytical thinking with creativity and have a strong understanding of market dynamics.
You bring:
⦁ Ability to assess market insights and develop strategic engagement plans
⦁ Excellent communication and presentations skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
⦁ Strong relationship-building skills and emotional intelligence
⦁ Innovative approach to problem-solving and solution design
⦁ Relevant market knowledge and willingness to learn about RICS activities
⦁ Experience working in a matrix structure and international environment
⦁ Proficiency in English and at least one other relevant language
⦁ Adaptability, proactive mindset, and commitment to continuous learning
